Not everyone loves sun at a wedding!
What a beautiful start to the day, Cloud Cloud and more Cloud. We Photographers love cloud because it gives a better light than the harsh sun. The sun can blow things out quite easily.
We arrive at Alice’s parent’s home in Chandlers Ford Eastleigh and meet everyone. Alice is surprisingly calm and collected. Alice’s Friend who made her dress and helped with making bouquets (Very Talented Lady) was busy helping everyone else get ready.
Alice looked gorgeous and the weather soon turned a little and started spitting but not enough to stop any Photographs being taken of Alice, Her Bridesmaids and her parents in their lovely garden.
The two small Bridesmaids looked cute and held huge sunflower stick bouquets. I haven’t seen these before. The sunflower is rarely used in bouquets. I am not sure why because I find them magnificent.
Bugle Street Southampton
After this we met the Groom, Graham and Groomsmen at Bugle Street Registry Office in Southampton. We took formal and then more fun shots here , The weather still holding up nicely. Graham not so calm but held himself well.
What a lovely Surprise for you Alice
Little did Alice know the Groom was not wearing the outfit she thought he was, He was surprising her with his Royal Artillery Outfit along with a few more surprises on the day to come.
After the very emotional ceremony (plenty of happy tears today) We head off to the Walls in Southampton to get some more intimate Photographs of the Bride and Groom. By now sadly it started to rain but our Photographs were covered.
Annie’s Tea Rooms Romsey
The venue looks so quaint and classy its a lovely place to be at Annies Tea Rooms in Timsbury Near Romsey. Due to the weather we had to do the Photographs on the bridge outside as it was undercover, however they looked great. The wedding party soon had to sit down to their meal and had speeches and the cutting of the cake.
After this it was time for us to let the Bride & Groom have some time alone with their wedding party and enjoy the rest of their day.
The day went really well and they looked like they all had fun.
We too had fun and a great time creating Alice and Graham’s lasting memories
